Admin tasks:
- Perform administrative tasks
- maintain center facilities and related equipment: clean, tidy, workable.
- Order office, cleaning, and other center supplies

- Record and account for stock and equipment importation, storage, and distribution

- Filing of contracts, documents, and VAT invoices


Academic support:
- Manage & Supervise all aspects of students and classes: data, homework,..
- Plan to recruit and provide training to Teaching Assistant
- Organize, coordinate and facilitate center activities


Others:
- Coordinate center marketing activities and campaigns with Center Manager/Supervisor and relevant HO personnel
- Performing tasks as assigned by Center Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Fresh or less than 1 year of experience in operation/academic or service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
